TSCF is managed by a Board of Directors, the mission of which is to define and implement a long term policy. The rules and Etiquette of TSCF are entirely original. They reflect our concept of the common good.

Decisions are made by a simple majority, but in a community spirit they attempt to reach unanimous consensus.

The President of TSCF is Patrick G. Hunout, Ph.D., who founded TSCF in 2002. The President of TSCF defines the moral, strategic and organizational axes of its development. He runs the events set up by TSCF and represents the Foundation to the media and in all acts of civic life.

The donors of TSCF both have rights and duties that are stated in the by-laws of TSCF or in ad hoc agreements.
